WIG DROP OFF
To guarantee a perfect fit and finish, we kindly request that you drop off your wig at least 5 days before your appointment. This allows us to have sufficient time for careful preparation. Please send us a message in advance with the date you plan to deliver your wig. Make sure the wig is accompanied by the following information:
 
- your name;
- the date of your appointment;
- the time of your appointment.

 

PREPARATION
For the best fit and finish, we kindly ask that you arrive on the day of your appointment with your hair braided straight back (cornrows). Additionally, please bring your own foundation so we can perfectly match the wig to your skin tone. Concealer is optional and may also be brought if desired. Please ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free from any products unless otherwise agreed upon.
 
Note: the foundation (and, if applicable, the concealer) should closely match the color of your forehead.
 
CONFIRMATION
Your appointment is only guaranteed once you have received an official confirmation from MKPWigs.

 

CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a fee.
 
ARRIVAL TIME
We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled time. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in your treatment being adjusted or canceled.
 
PLUS ONES
To maintain full focus on your experience and comfort, it is not permitted to bring other people to your appointment unless this has been discussed and approved in advance.
 
NO SHOW POLICY
If you fail to show up without notice, we will be required to apply a no-show fee. If the no-show fee is not paid within the designated time frame, the client will be placed on a blacklist, and future bookings will not be possible.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Changes to your appointment are welcome up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will gladly assist you in finding a suitable alternative.
 
COMPLAINTS 
We strive to provide each client with the best possible service. Should there unexpectedly be a problem with your wig or our service, please inform us within 24 hours after your appointment. We will address your complaint as quickly as possible and work towards an appropriate solution.

EXCLUSIVITY
Every appointment at MKPWigs is fully tailored to your wishes and needs. We ensure that you receive the care and attention you deserve, making you feel completely at ease.

If no suitable date is available, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp to discuss alternative options.

PRUIKEN AFLEVERING
Om een perfecte pasvorm en afwerking te garanderen, verzoeken wij u om uw pruik minimaal 5 dagen vóór de afspraak bij ons af te leveren. Dit zorgt ervoor dat we voldoende tijd hebben voor een zorgvuldige voorbereiding. Stuur ons vooraf een bericht met de datum waarop u de pruik zult afleveren. Zorg ervoor dat de pruik vergezeld wordt van de volgende informatie:
 
- uw naam;
- de datum van uw afspraak;
- het tijdstip van uw afspraak. 
 
VOORBEREIDING
Voor de beste pasvorm en afwerking verzoeken wij u vriendelijk om met uw haren naar achter gevlochten op de dag van de afspraak te komen. Daarnaast vragen wij u om uw eigen foundation mee te nemen, zodat we de pruik optimaal kunnen afstemmen op uw huidskleur. Concealer is optioneel en kan worden meegenomen indien gewenst. Zorg ervoor dat uw haar schoon, droog en vrij van producten is, tenzij anders is overeengekomen. 

Let op: de foundation (en eventueel de concealer) moet zo goed mogelijk matchen met de kleur van uw voorhoofd.
 
BEVESTIGING
Uw afspraak is pas gegarandeerd na ontvangst van een officiële bevestiging vanuit MKPWigs.

 

ANNULERINGEN
Wij begrijpen dat plannen kunnen wijzigen. Annuleringen zijn kosteloos tot 24 uur vóór uw afspraak. Bij latere annuleringen behouden wij ons het recht voor om een vergoeding in rekening te brengen. 

TIJDSTIP VAN AANKOMST
Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk om tijdig op de geplande tijd aanwezig te zijn. Vertraging van meer dan 15 minuten kan leiden tot aanpassing of annulering van uw behandeling.
 
MEENEMEN VAN ANDEREN
Om de focus volledig op uw ervaring en comfort te houden, is het niet toegestaan om andere personen mee te nemen naar uw afspraak, tenzij dit vooraf besproken en goedgekeurd is. 

 

NO SHOW POLICY
Indien u zonder bericht niet verschijnt, zijn wij genoodzaakt een no-show tarief toe te passen. Als het no-show tarief niet binnen de gestelde termijn wordt betaald, wordt de klant op de blacklist geplaatst en kunnen toekomstige boekingen niet meer plaatsvinden.

Aanpassingen aan uw afspraak zijn welkom tot uiterlijk 24 uur voor de gereserveerde tijd. Wij assisteren u graag bij het vinden van een passend alternatief.
 
KLACHTEN
Wij streven ernaar om elke klant de beste service te bieden. Mocht er onverhoopt een probleem zijn met uw pruik of de dienstverlening, dan verzoeken wij u vriendelijk om dit binnen 24 uur na de afspraak aan ons kenbaar te maken. Wij zullen uw klacht zo snel mogelijk in behandeling nemen en streven naar een passende oplossing.
 
EXCLUSIVITEIT
Elke afspraak bij MKPWigs is volledig afgestemd op uw wensen en behoeften. We zorgen ervoor dat u de aandacht en zorg krijgt die u verdient, zodat u zich helemaal zich helemaal op uw gemak voelt.
 
Indien er geen geschikte datum beschikbaar is, kunt u via WhatsApp contact met ons opnemen om de mogelijkheden te bespreken.
